• 18 years of healthcare experience in various capacities
• 11 years with BLS serving as a department leader for several specialized units including follow up/collection, coordination of benefits, and governmental; and has also led the training and quality assurance programs in addition to participating in numerous client implementations
• Currently manages the new technology development team responsible for designing, developing and implementing BLS’ proprietary systems
• Seven years experience with an independent laboratory in Columbus, Ohio with responsibility for numerous patient accounting functions including billing, follow-up, collections, and denials
• Member of the Southwestern Ohio Chapter of HFMA
