Don Frank, Executive Director of Specialty Services

• Don currently serves as the Executive Director of Specialty Services for Bottom Line Systems. Since joining BLS in 2003, Don has also served as Director of Client Support Services, Team Leader, Lead Analyst, and Managed Care Analyst. He has experience working with and managing many BLS service lines, including underpayments, refund reviews, credit balance reviews, and denials.
• Don has worked in healthcare since 1995.. Prior to working at BLS, Don worked at Humana in Louisville, KY for over five years, including four years managing a claims operations department. He also worked for MedPlans Partners in Louisville, KY for almost two years, serving as a Lead Examiner.
